Desıgn
For the Reflect Studio coaster project, advanced computational design tools were used to create a simple yet sophisticated design that features complex geometries. The design process involved working closely with the Reflect Studio team to understand their vision and translate it into a 3D model. Iterative design cycles were conducted to refine the design, ensuring that it met the requirements for both form and function. By leveraging the power of computational design,Rolab Studio was able to create a coaster that not only looks great but also performs well in real-world use scenarios.
FABRICATION
To bring the design to life, state-of-the-art 3D printing and robotic fabrication techniques were employed. The robotic arm was programmed to precisely position the 3D printer, ensuring that each layer was printed with the utmost accuracy and consistency. The result is a coaster that is not only visually stunning but also highly functional and durable, able to withstand the rigors of daily use.
In addition to the fabrication process, the team conducted a color test to achieve a gradient effect that complemented the company's existing color palette. Through multiple rounds of testing, the team achieved a perfect color blend, resulting in a final product that perfectly represents the Reflect Studio brand.
